Only then through knowledge can success in the project be achieved.

Hello, I am Santosh Swain, as a skilled project management professional, with over 15 years’ experience in oil & energy sector. I have worked for energy solutions with diverse project management within India and Africa. I always enjoy work around the team and keep motivating them, that how to make a successful career in project management.
When I completed my PMP certification in 2020 after PRINCE2 Practitioner in 2018, I came to understand that the right amount of knowledge with a highly collaborative approach helps to create and maintain a cohesive project environment strategy.

With a mission “is to help you to grow in project management”, I decided to build this website.
At very beginning, a website designer / developer and other services costs, which would have been a high cost for me, when I was running a little low on budget. But at the same time the hardest part was how will I start design a website without IT knowledge. Was difficult, isn’t it!
I took this challenge as an opportunity and started working on it using online resources. I’m sure you know how tough it is to achieve something, but when you have the source of knowledge, then things will become easier. What I have started as a bit of idea in August 2020, now turned out with another domain experience. The Project Skill Hub website is live in November 2020. You can see it’s looking amazing! and now it has become something more significant, and I delight that I’m managing this website and continuously learning.
Further in 2021, accomplished IPMA Level C and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification. It has continuously made a positive impact on my personal life, professionalism and with this motivation, what I have learned, I will share here all my work experience and project management knowledge process, practice and in-depth understanding of tools and techniques for all those wishing to start a career in project.
Eventually, out of my passion for learning & sharing I began writing on project management prerequisites for to success inspired by my own lessons and learnings and PRINCE2 contents, PMI PMBOK guide and IPMA ICB4 (Individual Competence Baseline). I’m able to do it because I have something meaningful to share. Knowledge of project management is such an art, like an ocean with so much in it, we are just a drop in which we should always have the enthusiasm to learn and update ourselves with new things.
