Is It true that your attitude affects the project!

Sam used to always finish his daily work but was not happy. Sam’s immediate managers never seem satisfied with his dedication to the job and always comment. The manager behaves rudely, argues, and always has something to complain about.

One day Sam asked his manager why he insults him in the presence of co-workers and always behaves rudely to others. The manager replied, I am the boss, and you have no right to ask me. The manager asks Sam to correct his negative attitude in the workplace or be prepared for the consequences.

With despair, Sam becomes tense, what’s wrong with me and my job? And it impacts on the project.

Maybe you or someone you know has experienced something similar at work. Every project must have a good start and satisfactory closing, but always not happen. There are multiple reasons for this, one is attitude.

A good attitude always helps in success in the project. We face many challenges, problems, or situations in our day to day where your attitude plays a very important role in how you will react to that situation. As we are humans, we have emotions but how to react on a situation that reflects our attitude and impact on that scenario.

A healthy environment can motivate and inspire people around you. Where an unhealthy environment with negative attitude can create risk to business in many terms and does not help you in success but lead to failure in project.

When each member of the team has a positive attitude there is a feeling of confidence that the project can be completed within time, budget, and quality. The environment will be healthy, collaboratively and everyone will be involved in their responsibility and will work together as a team. It can help in achieving multiple project objectives not only as a team but also as a cultured organization with customer satisfaction will resulting in increased business performance.

Your positive attitude becomes a strong ladder between the conversation and the team member, in the same scenario negative attitude becomes a hindrance in the project. If you make a small positive change in your attitude, you will become a good leader and can achieve a lot through these.

Remember that your attitude determines your outcome and creates an image of you. You are responsible for your own behaviour, and it matters more when you are called upon as a leader. Be grateful for everything you do as a great leader.
